Confirm Your Destination Account
The Cashier pre-fills the wallet number or bank account from your verification record. Confirm this matches the account you want to receive the funds. If it is incorrect, update your verified payout details before submitting.
Save the Reference Number
Copy or screenshot the reference number shown on the withdrawal confirmation screen. Track it in Transaction History until the status reads Completed. This number is what support needs if you follow up on the payout.

Can I withdraw to a different GCash or Maya number than the one I used to deposit?
Withdrawals go to the wallet account linked during verification. If you need to change your registered payout account, update it under Account settings and complete the short re-verification step before submitting a withdrawal to the new number.
How do I know when my withdrawal has been completed?
The status in Transaction History changes from Processing to Completed once the funds have been released. You will also receive a notification from your wallet app — Maya or GCash — when the credit arrives on their end.
My deposit failed and the amount left my GCash. What should I do?
A failed deposit means the transaction did not clear on our end. Your wallet should issue a corresponding reversal. Check your GCash transaction history for a refund entry.
